Ever need some extra motivation to get to the gym and get that fitness fire burning? Preferred Fitness Group Exercise is your answer. Get your heart pumping and your muscles moving. We offer aerobics classes such as kickboxing, sculpting, strength, boot camp, zumba, yoga, yoga strength, abdominal/core classes, stretching, stability ball classes, and silver sneaker classes. Get a great workout in any one of our classes.

All classes at Preferred Fitness are included complimentary with every gym membership at no additional cost. Each class offers a variety from class to class and between instructors. Preferred Fitness' classes provide a sociable, yet motivating atmosphere. Get a full-body workout throughout the week with our great variety of classes.

Group Exercise Class Descriptions

Body Blast: Looking for a class that will help sculpt and tone your entire body? Take this class that is designed specifically aimed at toning all major muscle groups. You’re guaranteed to feel this one!- Trisha

Boot Camp: This high energy, high intensity class keepsmoving from strength training to cardiovascular exercises at a fast continuos pace. Expect to hit every major muscle group. - Carrie

Define: Want to condition your whole body? This class designed to turn loose muscle into hard and strong muscles… Come & feel the Burn!! –Pam

Kickboxing: Get ready for this fun and challenging cardio experience. You’ll learn stances, punches, and defensive skill as well as combinations for all three. If you are looking for something new to put the “pow” back into your exercise...This is it!-Trisha / Marie

Kick Core: Want to get two of your favorite classes in one? Then kickbox your way to a great core workout. This fun class allows you to get all the benefits from both styles by focusing on the two different disciplines during the same workout. You will kick, punch, jab, and then plank, crunch and do pushups! Great way to maximize your time! - Pam

Muscle Up: Improve your muscular strength and endurance using resistance, which may include weights, tubing, body bars, stability balls and more. Regular strength training improves your body’s metabolism and fat burning efficiency. – Laura

Ripped: Experience this total body " plateau proof fitness formulas " workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines resistance, interval, power, plyometrics, endurance, and diet! - Trisha (mon), Marie (wed).

Silver Sneakers: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support

Yoga Strength: Increase your physical and mental awareness with postures that will blend strength with flexibility, endurance, balance, and concentration. While following a basic yoga style, this class is fitness based and will provide a challenge.-Tonya

Yoga Stretch: Increase your physical and mental awareness with postures that will blend strength with flexibility, endurance, balance, and concentration. While following a basic yoga style, this class combines muscle conditioning with stretching, breathing and relaxation.- s stretch based and will provide a challenge.-Marie
