Kick Core: Want to get two of your favorite classes in one? Then kickbox your way to a great core workout. This fun class allows you to get all the benefits from both styles by focusing on the two different disciplines during the same workout. You will kick, punch, jab, and then plank, crunch and do pushups! Great way to maximize your time!

Muscle Up: Improve your muscular strength and endurance using resistance, which may include weights, tubing, body bars, stability balls and more. Regular strength training improves your body’s metabolism and fat burning efficiency.

Ripped: Experience this total body " plateau proof fitness formulas " workout, utilizing resistance and cardio training, which masterfully combines resistance, interval, power, plyometrics, endurance, and diet! 

Silver Sneakers: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers® ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
