The truth is, most people simply don't know how to get a good workout. Even if they go to the gym regularly, they end up getting frustrated because they don't have the support and the know-how to get the results they want. Our Group Training combines enthusiasm, knowledge, care, personalization, accountability, and support. More importantly, our ability to provide results for only a fraction of the cost of a typical personal training session.

To ensure that you have a positive experience, all workouts are led by certified personal trainers. Your trainer will also see to it you feel emotionally and physically comfortable with every aspect of your workout regimen. Our trainers do not exercise with the group, they will walk around to motivate, ensure everyone is doing the exercise properly, and make modifications to exercises if needed based on the fitness level or any physical limitations of the client. We use total body exercises focused on increasing strength, endurance, mobility, and best of all…losing body fat and changing your body!

The greatest thing about our program is the wide range of fitness levels and all types of people. We are experts with program design and since our workouts are interval based (not rep based); we are able to effectively challenge any and all fitness levels during the same workout. We will provide innovative sessions using the latest trends in equipment. We will use all functional training equipment including kettle bells, suspension training, training ropes, plyo boxes, agility ladders, resistance bands, tire flipping, hammer swings and much more!

Whether your goal is to lose body fat, sculpt your muscles, tone up your hips, thighs, and abs, improve your flexibility, group training is for you! Group sessions are available morning, evenings and weekend hours.
